At Book Regional, our mission is to enhance our guests’ stay by creating meaningful and memorable experiences in the Central West of NSW. We want visitors to truly experience local insights, from regional produce and boutique wines to genuine country hospitality and charm. It's about building a stay that guests can’t wait to share and one they’ll want to return to time and time again.
That’s why we have launched Book Regional Experiences. We are starting with curated wine tours that showcase the best of our local vineyards. These tours are designed to be seamless, relaxed, and full of character, giving our guests the chance to explore the region with trusted local knowledge.
Our goal is simple: to make your stay in Orange not just easy, but truly unforgettable.
TOUR A / Heritage Wine Trail
Step back into Orange’s wine heritage on this curated trail. Visit three boutique cellar doors renowned for their history and character, with guided tastings at each. Conclude the day at Macquariedale Organic Wines with a local cheese platter overlooking the vineyard. Includes pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation and all tasting fees for a stress-free day.

Optional extra ($20pp): Transfer to Rowlee Wines for a relaxing lunch before being dropped back to your accommodation.

TOUR C / Pinnacle Path
Savour the elevated elegance of the Pinnacle Path. This tour takes you to the renowned De Salis Wines and Byrne Farm for intimate guided tastings, before finishing with a shared local cheese platter at Macquariedale Organic Wines. Includes pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation and all tasting fees for a stress-free day.

De Salis (For groups of 6 or 7. Larger groups (8–10) will visit Rowlee instead)
